Business Excellence Awards Mid-Size Company FINALISTS

It was standing room only last night at the Windsor Art Gallery as business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the county gathered together as The Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce unveiled the finalists for its 30th Annual Business Excellence Awards. The milestone anniversary year of the BEA saw a record number of nominations come in for this years awards, resulting in a very difficult decision making process for the chambers and judges.

We were very honored and proud to learn that we have been selected as a finalist for Mid-Size Company of the Year!

Brave’s President Brent McPhail and General Manager and COO Greg Sullivan are pictured here with representatives from fellow finalists from Essex Powerlines Corporation and Brookstone Windows & Doors.

BEA Mid Size Company of the Year Finalists

Brave was previously nominated 6 years ago in 2014 in the Small Business category, for which they were selected again as finalists and ultimately named Small Business of the Year 2014.

“To be recognized and validated by your peers in the business community just by being nominated is a huge honor in itself.” says owner Brent McPhail. “We are familiar with how exciting it is to be selected as a finalist by the premier business organization in the region, so to be able to feel that same feeling of pride and validation again 6 years later is just incredible.”

The winners will be announced during a ceremony on May 21 at the Chrysler Theatre. A post-award dinner will follow in the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts Skyline Ballrooms.
