Brave was unable to open and look at the original CNC code to determine how the gantry system worked. In order to  write the PLC code and make sure the new gantry system would function exactly as the old one, our team needed to spend time onsite examining and understanding how the current system functioned without looking at the code. They were able to complete the project under a tight deadline and the new system was easier to maintain and troubleshoot and used components that were standardized across their global components list.
