Because the existing technology was so old, all of the changes needed to be done on the floor. Brave needed to develop a Siemens to Square D interface gateway. The new ETF did not have all of the same functionality of the old mechanical transfer so we worked with the manufacturer to add in those missing funcitonalities. The customer was satisfied with the performance and support of the team at Brave. All of the controls and software looked and felt the same so the customer was familiar with the system right away.
