Brave’s nerds have done it again! This time they managed to capture both Second Place AND the Spirit Award at the third event of WEtech Alliance’s Nerd Olympics competition.
The showdown this time took place at the Zapzone Windsor Lauzon location and the competition was INTENSE. With 8 teams of four nerds packed into the arena the result was absolute chaos.
“Oh it was a war zone in there, everywhere you turned there was an enemy. It was crowded but that made it so much more fun. There was always a target to shoot and a surprise around the corner.” describes Sarah Kwiatkowski, one of our specialists and frequent champion on the Nerd Olympic circuit.
Codenamed Squirtle for the evening’s festivities Sarah was one of the deadliest players of the night, ranking second place out of 32 participants in the first match with the highest body count. Kyle Duff (The Flash), Caleb Sullivan (Luigi) and Moaaz Elsayed (Ironman) also ranked impressive scores which brought their point total for the night to 108,500!
